Flora is a licensed clinical professional counselor, a certified Positive Discipline educator, and has 20 years of experience coaching and mentoring parents and early childhood educators.
Flora is also a regular contributor to Montana Parent Magazine in her “Ask Flora” column. She is regularly asked to speak to parents and educators at Bozeman area libraries, head start, preschools and elementary schools (public and private). She is a representative of early childhood mental health on multiple state wide tasks forces.
Flora was selected as the Bozeman Young Careerist in 2012 by Bozeman Business and Professional Women and nominated as Volunteer of the Year for the 2025 by Great Gallatin United Way.
She enjoys camping, dancing and gardening in Bozeman, MT, with her husband and 2 kids.
